Author: Richie Dumlao

More rust?   per Nancy and Seth's request :)  this is if for you folks.

1 Make a 500 x 50, 16 million color image. I used a black background on this example. Set Foreground color to White.

(Example of Foreground color set to White and Background color set to Black)

2 Pick the Flood Fill Tool and apply a Linear gradient fill.

Linear Gradient Settings:
Fill Style = Linear Gradient
Blend Mode = Normal
Paper Texture and Match Mode = None

Follow the same settings under the Flood Fill Options
Gradient = Foreground-Background
Angle = 180
Repeats = 1

Apply Colorize Filter (Colors>Colorize) Hue = 30  Saturation = 80

3 Add a new layer (Layers>New Raster Layer)

Pick the Picture Tube Tool and choose "Clouds" tube. Set the scale to 30%.  Apply the tube as shown in the image below.  You can download clouds tube from Jasc's website.

4 Apply the Mosaic Glass Filter (Image>Effects>Mosaic Glass) and follow the same settings as shown below.
