1 Start a new 200x200 pixels, 16 million colors, white background image.
2 Fill your image with solid color
Set foreground color to (R = 82  G = 56  B = 24)

Add noise (Effects>Noise>Add) Percent = 100%  Uniform

3 Add noise (Effects>Noise>Add) Percent = 100%  Uniform

Then from the menu, Colors>Grey Scale

Increase image colors to 16 Million Colors (Colors>Increase Color Depth>16 Million Colors)


Blend Mode = Color
4 Add a new layer (Layers>New Raster Layer)

Again, fill your image with solid color
with foreground color set to (R = 82  G = 56  B = 24)

Set layer's blend mode to Color.


Blend Mode = Overlay
