1 Make a new 300x300, 16 million colors, Black background image.
Download and install Sphere II tube file and extract this on your PSP Tubes folder (normally under c:\Program Files\Paint Sho Pro 6\Tubes **Click here if you need help in installing downloaded tubes.

2 Pick the Tube tool  follow same settings as shown in the figure below:

3 While holding down the left mouse button, start dragging your mouse. |
