Glowing Edges
Tutorial is written using Paint Shop Pro 11. Methods used are compatible with Paint Shop Pro 7, 8, 9 and 10.

| 1 Open an existing picture. I will be using the sample image below on this tutorial.

| 2 Duplicate background layer (Layers > Duplicate). Make the copied layer your current layer. Apply Gaussian Blur Filter (Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur). Blur settings may vary. It depends on how big is the size of your image. I used 5 pixels on this example.
